Redwood City Concrete Services is a concrete contractor based in Redwood City, CA. We provide residential and commercial concrete services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalk building, foundation work, retaining walls, and decorative concrete throughout Redwood City and surrounding Peninsula communities.
Our website provides information about our services and a way for prospective customers to request estimates. It does not constitute a binding contract for services. A formal written agreement is required before any work begins.
All estimates provided by Redwood City Concrete Services are based on information available at the time of the estimate, including an on-site visit when applicable. Estimates are not final contracts. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal signed by both parties before work begins.
Prices may change if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. Any changes to scope or price will be communicated to the customer in writing before additional work is performed.
Project start dates are scheduled upon execution of a signed agreement and receipt of any required deposit. Start dates are subject to weather conditions, permit approval timelines, and crew availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any deposit refund policy, are outlined in your individual project agreement. General cancellation guidelines are as follows:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a project due to extreme weather, safety conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work with you to find a new date.
Payment terms are specified in each individual written project agreement. In general:
Failure to make payment as agreed may result in work stoppage. Accounts that remain unpaid past the due date specified in the written agreement may be subject to collection action. Under California law, a contractor who has not been paid may have the right to file a mechanic's lien against the property.
Redwood City Concrete Services warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any specific warranty terms - including duration and coverage - are stated in your written project agreement.
